ICC Hosted Porta Upgraded to MR20.3

Over the weekend, we have successfully upgraded to MR20.3. We have tested the platform thoroughly to make sure each server is stable and works as it’s expected. 
 
You will notice that the web interface has changed and few menus have moved around to make room to new options. We have already started writing knowledge base articles about these new features so that you can utilise them as soon as possible. The documentation in www.iccnetworks.com is being updated and you can also find “What is New” PDF in this location.
 
If you are experiencing any issues which you believe is related to the upgrade, please open a “High Priority” Ticket on our support site http://support.iccnetworks.com/ or email support@iccnetworks.com (flagged important) as we are prioritising these tickets this week.
