The Technology:
STEM-Pro has been developed from STEM (Suspicious Traffic Early-warning Module), which ICC originally created to protect themselves from the catastrophic effects of VoIP fraud. STEM-Pro is the logical development of STEM, extending the same level of protection to ICC’s Service Provider customers. STEM-Pro operates within the Service Provider’s own Soft Switch Partition, hosted on one of ICC Networks’ PortaOne Service platforms.
